Apple Server Migration
Dear Customer,
We are facing issue with the Hard Disk of the server. We have planned to migrate all the services to the new server. We will start migration from the tonight. There will be minimal downtime of 4 hours. You would need to change following things if applicable.
If you are using private label name servers, please change the child records as below.
Ns1.yourdomain.com – 77.74.192.163
Ns2.yourdomain.com – 78.110.161.67
if you are using custom name servers please change records accordingly.
You would need to change the connection strings for the databases as below if applicable.
MySQL – 77.74.192.165 port 3306
Control Panel IP: 77.74.192.163
We will restore mail service at last. You might face email delay issue during the mail service migration. Also, almost servers have retrial configured on the mail server to resend email however, some sender might get bounce back emails.
We will keep you updating with the progress of the migration.
